1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and McCrackan Roll-Off Services, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the McCrackan Roll-Off Services website, web application, and related online services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, placing a booking, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for the purpose of:

Requesting and managing dumpster rental bookings
Viewing invoices and making payments
Managing your account information
Communicating with us regarding your orders

This license does not grant you any ownership interest in the Service or its content.

3. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
Not share your account with others or create multiple accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Impersonate any person or entity

5. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services to provide functionality. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that your data may be processed by:

Stripe for payment processing
Supabase for data storage and authentication
Mapbox for address verification and mapping
Intuit QuickBooks Online for invoicing and accounting

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party service providers.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, trademarks, logos, and design elements of the Service are owned by McCrackan Roll-Off Services, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MCCRACKAN ROLL-OFF SERVICES, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
We may delete your account data (subject to legal retention requirements)
Any outstanding payment obligations remain in effect

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.

11. Changes to This EULA

We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified EULA.
